These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the fiat-to-cryptocurrency purchase service (“Service”) operated by Sailrich Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old; and
- Reside in Australia; and
- Pass our KYC/AML checks under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth).
Our Service allows you to purchase supported cryptocurrencies using Australian Dollars (AUD). Cryptocurrencies are not legal tender in Australia and are subject to price volatility. Transactions are irreversible once processed.
We are registered with AUSTRAC as a digital currency exchange service provider and comply with applicable AML/CTF obligations. We may refuse transactions that do not meet our compliance requirements.
All fees are displayed prior to order confirmation. By confirming your order, you accept these fees.
Orders will be executed after receipt of cleared AUD funds and completion of KYC/AML verification. We are not liable for delays caused by banking systems, blockchain congestion, or third-party service providers.
You acknowledge:
- Cryptocurrency values can change rapidly;
- You may lose the full value of your purchase;
- You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address. Transactions sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
You must not use our Service for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the Service or the payment of the cost of resupplying the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
